All Movements Permitted tells drivers in this lane they may turn left, go straight, or turn right — the lane is not restricted to a single direction.

Pick your movement, signal it clearly, and watch for drivers in adjacent restricted lanes assuming you'll go a particular way.
Regulatory signs are usually white rectangles or squares with black or red markings. A few have special shapes: a red octagon means Stop and a red-and-white downward triangle means Yield. A red circle with a slash means something is prohibited.
