Regulatory sign

What does the No Turns sign mean?

The no-turns sign (a T-shaped arrow crossed out in a red circle) prohibits all turns — left, right, and U-turns — at the intersection. You may only continue straight through.

Regulatory signs control how you may use the road — they must be obeyed.

What to do at this sign

Proceed straight. If you needed to turn, continue to the next intersection that allows it. Do not try to beat the restriction by turning from an adjacent lane.

How to recognize this sign

Regulatory signs are usually white rectangles or squares with black or red markings. A few have special shapes: a red octagon means Stop and a red-and-white downward triangle means Yield. A red circle with a slash means something is prohibited.

How the Class 7 test asks about this sign

Don't confuse it with "no left turn" or "no U-turn" — this one bans every turning movement at once.
