These Terms govern your use of Pass Your Learner's. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
What the service is
Pass Your Learner's is an independent study and practice tool for provincial learner's licence knowledge tests (such as the Alberta Class 7 test). It is not a government service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Alberta or any licensing authority.
No guarantee; not official
Our questions and explanations are study aids created in good faith and may not exactly match the official test. Using the service does not guarantee that you will pass. Always confirm current rules, fees, and requirements with official government sources before your test.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Content and intellectual property
The platform and its original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use the service for your own study.
Free and premium features
Some features are free and others may require payment in the future. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented to you before you purchase.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any outcome on an official test.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
