This is a warning sign for “Narrow Structure.” Warning signs give you advance notice of a hazard or change in conditions ahead, so slow down and be ready to respond.

Slow down and stay alert. A warning sign tells you a hazard or change in the road is coming, so be ready to brake, change position, or yield as needed.
Warning signs are usually yellow diamonds with black symbols. In construction or maintenance zones they are orange instead of yellow.
Road signs are one of the five areas the 30-question Alberta Class 7 knowledge test covers, and the largest block in our mock exam at 8 questions. Signs are the easiest marks on the paper. Bank them, then practise the harder topics free — that's usually where the pass is won or lost.
