The double arrow warns that traffic may pass on either side of an obstruction ahead — usually a median island or the start of a divided section. Unlike Keep Right, both sides are permitted.
Warning signs alert you to hazards or changing conditions ahead.
Choose a side early based on your lane and destination, and commit — last-second side changes at an island are a common collision cause.
Warning signs are usually yellow diamonds with black symbols. In construction or maintenance zones they are orange instead of yellow.
Compare with Keep Right (RB-25): the double arrow lets you pass on either side; Keep Right commands one side only. The exam pairs these two deliberately.
